CLTA is launching 3 Webinar Series’, with the first one starting September 1^st. All series will be one Wednesday per month, from September to June from 5-6PM PST. You can earn CEUs through Stanford Continuing Studies if you wish after you compete one or more series’.
 
Series 1: Language Pract-Ins: the objective is to spend 1 hour per month practicing your language with other proficient speakers. The Japanese Pract-In will be hosted by Tsuboi先生 and Nishimura先生. This series will take place the 1^st Wednesday of every month, starting Sep. 1^st. 
 
Series 2: Instructional Strategies   We’ve tapped some of the best teachers in California to give us an hour of their time and show us something awesome they do in their classrooms. This series will kick off the second Wednesday of September, on Sep. 8^th.
 
Series 3: Book Study  ASCD has published a really awesome new book entitled Improve Every Lesson Plan with SEL. The series will be on the 4^th Wednesday of the month (with a couple of 3^rd Wednesdays due to the school schedule). It starts on Sep. 22^nd.
