On Sunday, 12/7, from 10:00 to 11:05 a.m., ten teachers from Bakersfield College, CSU Bakersfield, CSU Fresno, Long Beach City College, San Diego State University, San Jose State University, Santa Monica College, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, and the University of Southern California met to share information. We discussed each institution’s policies on the growing problem of cheating, measures to prevent it, and cases of excessive absences. These challenges are common across schools, and it was reassuring to learn how others are addressing them. The discussion was both informative and encouraging.
